What are the benefits of joining a class?

​- Enhances reading fluency and comprehension through repeated practice.
- Boosts students' confidence and public speaking skills.
- Encourages teamwork and collaboration among participants.
- Makes learning engaging and fun, fostering a love for literature.

Does my child have to memorize lines?

No, since our classes are focused on building reading fluency, children will be able to refer to their scripts while performing.

Does my child have to know how to act?

No, while we expect that many students will discover the joy of acting and may decide to further pursue that aspect our goal remains developing better readers and improving the self-image of students.

Will I get to see my child perform?

Yes! Children will perform the plays online in front of their family and friends throughout the fall season.

What kind of technology do i need to have to join a class?

Ideally, a laptop or desktop computer with speakers, a microphone, and webcam either built in or attached and an internet connection is needed for students to be successul in our classes.  Most tablets work well, too. We do not recommend using phones to join the class as it's a bit more difficult to use all the online tools. 

What are the class sizes?

Our class sizes will range from 6-8 children so that each child has ample performance time.

What is the price of tuition?

The tuition for the fall semester is $390.00 for classes that meet twice a week for 13 weeks which equals about $15 a class.

Does my child have to be on camera during all classes and use the microphone?

Yes, the expectation is that students will have cameras on and the ability to use their microphones during our classes in order to enhance engagement, communication, and community while allowing our instructors to assess understanding effectively.
